Cameron Hazen CMCA(r) AMS(r) the Principal at Condo Consulting Services, LLC is a Seattle-based community association management professional with exceptional customer service, communication, project administration, organizational, and supervisory skills honed over many years in property, condominium association, homeowner association, and facility management.
He has managed all types of associations from four unit condos to mixed use buildings to luxury high rises to HOAs of several hundred single-family homes. Over the course of his career, Cam has been a portfolio manager, high-rise general manager, large-scale property administrator, and management company executive.
His background in construction prior to entering the unique world of association management is of great value to his clients facing construction projects of any size. He has been an expert witness for litigation and mediation matters. Cam is an active member of the Washington State Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute), has written for the WSCAI Journal, been a speaker and presenter at educational events, and serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and as Liaison to the Legislative Action Committee (LAC). He has served on the Made for Managers Day and Manager Only Meetings Committees. Notary Public licensed in Washington.
